3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your details change, you must update your ph96 account promptly. ph96 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph96 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph96 will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you have notified ph96 of unauthorized access.
3.5 If you suspect that your ph96 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph96 customer support immediately via live chat.
4.1 ph96 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
4.2 ph96 may request the following documents at any time, and will require them before processing your first withdrawal:
4.3 ph96 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.
4.4 All documents submitted to ph96 are handled in accordance with the ph96 Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws.
5.1 ph96 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph96 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph96 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts not matching your verified ph96 account name may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
5.3 Deposited funds are credited to your ph96 account balance upon confirmation of receipt. ph96 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or banking institution.
5.4 ph96 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or compliance purposes. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.
5.5 ph96 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via cryptocurrency unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion or platform update.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified ph96 account details. ph96 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph96 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
6.3 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. ph96 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification of identity and payment method.
6.4 ph96 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This may extend processing times.
6.5 In the event that a withdrawal is made in error or a deposit is reversed by your payment provider, ph96 reserves the right to recover the corresponding amount from your account balance.
7.1 ph96 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this Section.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your ph96 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must wager ₱10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
7.5 ph96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. ph96 also reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
7.6 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. ph96 reserves the right to exclude any player from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
8.1 All games available on ph96 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules specifically state otherwise.
8.2 ph96 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats. All games are independently audited for fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game in the game information panel.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, ph96 will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. ph96 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph96 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph96 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph96 content.

11.1 ph96 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph96 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content thereon.
11.2 ph96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ph96 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or interruption of service.
11.3 ph96 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to prohibited conduct or failure to complete KYC verification.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph96's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.5 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on ph96. ph96 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gambling on the platform.
12.1 ph96 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR regulations seriously. ph96 provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion options.

13.1 ph96 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph96 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
13.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph96 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player-initiated closure — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their ph96 account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.
14.1 ph96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph96 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
14.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.
14.3 Your continued use of ph96 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using ph96 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph96 shall first be referred to ph96 customer support for informal resolution. ph96 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
15.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
